Founded in 2017 in Epping, Cape Town, Green Lumber was created with a mission to produce high-quality products from recycled plastic. If it can be made from wood, we can craft it from recycled plastic, offering a sustainable and durable alternative. Our products are designed for outdoor use, capable of withstanding all weather conditions with little to no maintenance required. They are highly durable, weather-resistant, and insect-proof.
Green Lumber specializes in producing a range of items, including security huts, bespoke furniture, decking, and dirt bin covers, while continuously innovating to meet industry demands. As a 100% BEE-rated company, we take pride in being owned by our dedicated staff and the IDH Foundation, a BEE Trust.

- Green Lumber began as a community project in Bonteheuwel, committed to creating sustainable products from recycled materials.
2018
- Leased 23 guard huts.
